S.C. Medical Intermed S.R.L. was established in March 1997. As first activity our company had medical services, but in January 2002 we introduced a new activity: * Real Estate Services - Paltinul Real Estate - * and in July 2004 the third activity - insurances (buildings insurances, banking insurances, driving insurances, etc.).
At this moment, real estate services represent 85% from all services.
We were the only real estate company that participated at the first edition of "Money and Houses Fair" in November 2004. The participation determined us to create a good image, a symbol and a different culture in comparison with the other real estate companies. We were the only real estate company that participated together with banks, leasing societies.
The participations in the next years at all third editions of "Money and Houses Fair" helped us to feel the evolution of the real estate market.
Our team is made of two partners as administrators, jurist, assistent manager, English and French translator and sale representative. All six team's members are dealling with the real estate activity.
Our headquarter is at no. 1/6, Ceferistilor street and is made of 2 offices. The auto park is made of 5 vehicles (some of them having the company's sigle).
Our company always had exclusivity projects.
